BRP not delivered yet

Hello Dears
I applied through Croydon premium service on 16/08/16 & got decision on the same day. but after waiting 10 working days BRP not delivered reported on 1/09/16 .
Letters send to home office case worker and card return unit on 1/09/16 & 6/09/16. No reply & response received.
Again Brp not delivered reported on 09/09/16. Today I receive an email that their is technical issue to issue my brp and this issue passed to the team who will contact me with due time. I am really worried what is going on. I lost my father on 12/08/16 and need to travel asap. But stuck for this brp. Please help and advice what to do? Thank you.
