Notice of pending appeal deadline

Notice of pending appeal deadline is on the 27th September 2016!
New Delhi have still not made a decision ...if they are overturning the refusal...sent millions of emails to ukvi New Delhi ...really have no comment ... We had met all the requirements ECO refused the visa for my husband. I'm a UK citizen and extremely disappointed and shocked at New Delhi embassy years have gone by and still no change. Reading other reviews, looking at statistics about New Delhi embassy I wonder why isn't there a change ...absolutely appalling ...got 1 week and a half to go...is the ECM Eco waiting until the last day to give a decision ? ????

Hoping to God it will be overturned it will be a miracle if I hear soon
