I have similar query for my independent situation around NL/Luxembourg(Kindly do not confuse with originator)

EU nationality: British
relationship: parents
proof of dependency:
- Still in process of gathering- And needs expert help here

So far,
- I was remitting small amount in pounds monthly to parents
- Few joint photographs
- parents 2 years tax return(showing no taxable income) in their current country of origin outside EU.
- They have few medical bills

Kindly guide me on this.
