Post by sheraz_aries » Tue Sep 13, 2016 10:07 pm

I am planning to apply for the visit visa for my parents from Pakistan before my wife is due for delivery. We own 2 bed house and both are British and work full time. My father is retired and gets pension along with rents and my mother is housewife. The also have three daughters who are married and live in Pakistan.
We both will be sponsoring them and so far we are planning to supply the following documents :

Sponsor Side:
⦁ Joint Invitation letter
⦁ British Passport copies of both of us
⦁ Land registry document ( Registry of Title )
⦁ Last three months bank statements for both of us with closing balance of more then £6000.
⦁ Council tax bill
⦁ P60's
⦁ Employer letter confirming Salary
⦁ MAT B1 Maternity certificate

Applicant Side:
⦁ Visa Application form
⦁ Father's 12 months bank statement
⦁ 3 properties lease documents copies
⦁ Pension book copy
⦁ Copy of funds received on retirement
⦁ 2 photos
⦁ Both Pakistani passports
⦁ Mother's 12 months bank statement.
⦁ Covering letter from father mentioning the rents received from 3 properties.
⦁ Shares holding documents
⦁ Receipt of the money received from sale of an inherited land.

Dont know what else I can provide, Am I missing anything here?

Get a NADRA FRC (Family relation certificate) that will help.

I am not providing the Nadra certificate because it's not mandatory further I am providing the tenancy agreements of the three properties they get rent from so should be enough because they manage these tenants themselves.

Further instead of Nadra certificate I would rather draw something up myself is there any good family tree tool that anybody can recommend?

And the money trail in form of bank statements etc...without which the agreements would not be worth the paper they are on.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.
My ILR, MN1 and kids PP stories.
