AN Application form for uk naturalisation

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone can help me out with this please.

Sorry but a silly basic question. I am applying for uk citizenship within two weeks time.Just want to confirm that I should use AN form which has 31 pages as I learnt it has been updated recently.And for payment I need to use seperate AN payment form as the AN application has no payment pages.Bit confused about which AN form should be used.

Could anyone help me with this please.Thanks in advance.
