DEPENDANT CHILDREN

Post by babaty2k02 » Wed Sep 14, 2016 10:48 pm

Hi gurus and others

My children were born in the UK. I had previously applied for them as dependant on the Tier 1 Ent Visa (as I had to travel during the 3 years). In my Tier 1 Ent. Extension, I do not intend to include them in the application. I do not intend to travel before the end of the 2 years extension (completion of 5 yrs route to ILR).

What are the implications as regards them applying for British Citizenship after my ILR?

Your contributions will be appreciated. Thank you

If they are aged 10 or over, then they may fail. Moreover, they may also have problems using the NHS for free.

Thank you for your response. What if they are under 10 years old?

They should succeed, if you are granted ILR.
