Same Employer Same SOC

I am with an employer and there is a new job opening with same employer.

It is exactly in my same profession and same soc code.

Do we need to do anything?

I know change of employment app is not needed but they need to do RLMT?

Do they need to notify UKBA? I think it is not required.

if the employer is same, and same soc code, there is no visa change.
What they do about advertising etc is a employment matter and not an immigration one.

For my employer to update my new job title, salary and description in the sponsor management system
