Notice of pending appeal deadline

Hey Guys,

Notice of pending appeal deadline is on the 27th September. New Delhi ECM still has not made a decision. My husband visa was refused! No real reason! Because of this we have had to suffer...is it likely it will be overturned or will we have to wait for a hearing date ....
Why does New Delhi take forever ..........thank u
