NCS appointment doubts

Post by haiksuresh » Tue Sep 20, 2016 12:10 pm

Hi Mates,

Couple of questions on submitting Naturalization application.

1) Can i include prepaid special delivery envolop to send my approval letter ? Is any one had done this approach ?

2) Is the approval letter and ceremony invitation letters are different mails ?

3) If Approval & Ceremony invitation letters will come as different post, I need wait for Ceremony invitation to book my ceremony ?

Could some one plz provide tips to reduce the processing time, I mean if we include prepaid special delivery cover then it will save one or two weeks time similar way.

Thanks & Regards,
Suresh

1) It's not mentioned anywhere in the instructions or form so I wouldn't bother. I guess they have batch print runs and auto enveloping in operation, in which case that couldn't be handled.
2) Approval from HO, Ceremony invitation from Council.
3) Some people say you could ring the council straight away, though Council may not receive communication from HO at the same time.

I think processing times are anybody's guess - as for prepaid envelopes, we have paid quite a bit of money already .....
