Similar situation I had. I dont see a reason for the refusional, least you will be ask to do a DNA to proof baby is yours if they are in any doubt. thank you for the reply casa, as my solicitor told me flr (fp) 10yr route, me and my partner been living together since 2012, when regards to the proof of address that we were living together we dont have not until this year, he was using his old address (separated wife's address) his reason was through we kept on moving house he didnt bother to change it.. but when it comes to the child's birth certificate his name was on it and we're on the same address. btw my child was born aug.2014, had british passport already.. around middle of this year he change his address bcuz the council dig on his address we're in a temporary accomodationCasa wrote:How long have you been living with your partner?

All children are equal. You child has a complete right under the law of the UK, and you must desist from referring to him/her as anchor baby.
