How long have you been living with your partner?

Have you submitted a 'partner route' FLR(FP) application?

Anchor baby is a derogatory term which you must not call your child.

All children are equal. You child has a complete right under the law of the UK, and you must desist from referring to him/her as anchor baby.

thank you for the reply casa, as my solicitor told me flr (fp) 10yr route, me and my partner been living together since 2012, when regards to the proof of address that we were living together we dont have not until this year, he was using his old address (separated wife's address) his reason was through we kept on moving house he didnt bother to change it.. but when it comes to the child's birth certificate his name was on it and we're on the same address. btw my child was born aug.2014, had british passport already.. around middle of this year he change his address bcuz the council dig on his address we're in a temporary accomodation

The Home Office may request a DNA test as proof of paternity due to you being unmarried.

FLR(FP) applications generally take a considerable length of time to decide due to the complexity. Be prepared for a long wait.
