I married my boyfriend in 2013 who is father to my child more than her biological father but he has now stay, he is on temporary stay in UK. He entered UK in 2010 and has overstayed and we got married and started the case he had been detained 2x but been released as I cannot work if there is no one to look after my daughter, he takes care of her like how a mom would be, we are officially married in uk law 1year and islamically 4years. our case is still pending since 2013 he goes to reporting in immigration office. during theese years I had 2 miscarriage.
I am just pray he gets his stay so he can start working and we can live with no fear of being seperated he is more like a normal british person he lived here most of his years now and doesnt have anyone back home including my ex who will try to cause problem or harm to him inorder to get back at me or even snatch my daugters, my ex n his nepthew has been prison multiple time including for murder, backhome is nt good for me or my husband including my daugters . my uncle is also in same situation but he has got his visa .
is it true the longer it takes to get response it is better?
this year my total earninig would have been £15000 but council had to get rid of me
its so hard looking for a job
