Family life as a parent 10 year route English test or not

I wanted to know dose my partner need to do English test and life in the UK or just Life in the UK test my partner is on Family life as a parent 10 year route when we come to apply for ILR.

On the government website it says you need to do English test if your on 5 year route unless your on 10 year route.

The earliest time your partner can qualify for ILR under this route is 2022.

At present there is no requirement for ILR for people on the 10 years route, but this may well change.
