hi, was wondering, willl the HO accept an application for a family visa for a person who is overstaying in the uk who is in a relationship with a british citizen. or does overstaying disqualifies.

If applying in the UK, then overstaying for longer than 28 days is normally unacceptable.

What category of family visa application is being submitted?
(Casa, not CR001)
