Tier 2 Extension (Experienced Salary + Application Date)

Hi

My Tier 2 visa is expiring on 03 Feb 2017. At the moment Im getting New Entrant salary. But when I apply for extension I will be considered as experienced worker and I have to show increased salary. My questions are

1. Do I have to get paid experienced salary before I apply for the extension visa? or it can be increased after I get extension visa?

2. Whats the earliest I can apply for the extension? As Im planing to get married soon, I want to extend my visa before that so my dependent will be granted longer visa when she applies for her.

3. Also whats the minimum working hours if my company wants to pro rata the experienced salary?
