Tier 2 PBS dependent - staying outside UK for 9 months

Post by vpruk » Fri Sep 23, 2016 12:24 pm

Hi

I am in tier 2 visa which expires on march 2019. My dependent wife and 5 months old baby is going to be in India for 9 months- they are planning to come back on march 2017.

Would it be any issues applying for ILR or naturalization for me and my wife and/or entering the UK for my wife with the current dependent visa {Expiry on march 2019] right now.

Also am planning to apply dependent for my 5 months old visa in India - would it be any issues with that - the baby was born in UK?

Please help me. waiting for your answers - thanks in advance - the gurus, moderators.

Regards
VPR
