Settlement - more documents requested

hi everyone,

I've made an application for settlement last May, I've received a letter requesting more documents and evidence. The documents should reach the addressee last 22nd of september, and i did submitted it on time. the address it self its wrong (m5 olw). I've received a second letter requesting me to send the documents, but to the same wrong address. any help there? I'm frustrated, since I've sent everything on time. ;(
