Absences should be limited and for good reason. As a child (assuming) she should be fine.

Hi CR001

I am in tier 2 visa which expires on march 2019. My dependent wife and 5 months old baby is in India from june 24th and planning to return on March 2017 so for 9 months- they are going to stay in india.

Would it be any issues applying for ILR or naturalization for me and my wife/child.

Also am planning to apply dependent visa for my 5 months old visa in India - would it be any issues with that - the baby was born in UK?

I read in some thread that you have mentioned that 180 days outside UK does not account for PBS dependant - is it so and why and how much it should be.?

Please help me. waiting for your answers - thanks in advance

Regards
VPR
