Help with AN form

Please can someone advise me on how to complete these sections of AN form .

6.7 : BRP Enclosed?
If not enclosed, state location of BRP

6.11: Do you want HO to retain BRP

6.12: why BRP is not enclosed

Are you sending BRP or not?
Answer accordingly.

If applying via NCS you keep BRP but answer 6.7: Yes

I am applying via NCS

So should I answer YES to 6.7?

What will be my response to 6.11 please.

Stay frosty.

If applying by NCS, what is submitted is an official copy of BRP made by NCS so the answer is Yes (its included).
That's what happened when my family applied via NCS and that's how the question was answered.

If 6.7 is Yes, the other questions don't apply.
