Regarding Tier4 visa form on http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk
Would you please advise what kind of info that should be added to "Additional Info" section/page to make the application completely sufficient ?

usually nothing. What aspect of meeting the eligibility are you concerned about exactly?
