no recourse to public funds and NHS treatment

Post by chibakun » Sun Sep 25, 2016 12:53 pm

Seems like my wife who is on an FLR visa might need to have IVF treatment. Her visa states, no recourse to public funds, does that mean she can't get IVF on the NHS?

IVF is only offered on the NHS if certain criteria are met. If you don't meet these criteria, you may need to pay for private treatment.
