Hello everyone!
I have couple of questions. I'm an non-eea national who is over 21 years old and I have a brother also who is over 21 years old. My father is an Italian citizen who is not working but receives a little pension. Myself and my brother work and we plan to apply for an EEA family permit as member of household of an eea national. Can someone please tell me what are the documents required to apply as a household member of an EEA NATIONAL.
Stato di famiglia (Letter from the local council which states that we live with our father.)
Id and passport of the eea national
WHAT ARE THE OTHER DOCUMENTS WE ARE REQUIRED?
Thank you in advance!

Get up to speed here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... permit.pdf
On second thoughts, you are direct family members (FM) not extended family (EFM):
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... s_v3_0.pdf
- proof of financial dependency normally required for FM

Financial dependency is required even if we apply as household member because my father get a really little pension so I don't think they will accept it as dependency. Can we submit our work details as individuals who support the family

Not really. If over 21 you need to show dependency on a parent.
You can't do the sponsoring.

Oh ok. So even if we apply as household member we need to show dependency on my father, am I correct? Is my father's little pension is OK a financial support?
Unless a family member holds a qualifying EEA State
residence card issued in Germany or Estonia, non-EEA
family members of an EEA national seeking entry into the
UK must apply for an EEA family permit if they do not have a
residence card or permanent residence card.
"if they do not have a
residence card or permanent residence card" do they mean here there residence card of UK or Of an EEA nation?

In the context of that aging quote it means UK.
As Estonia/Germany refers to rest of EU.

Hello!
Can we send as supporting documents to the embassy only one copy, even if we are in 3 persons who are applying for the visa? M
