Post by shaz007 » Thu Sep 29, 2016 12:34 am

Hi All,

Can you please tell me which business insurance are required for Marketing agency which involves IT work as well.

Also, I see many have done their interviews with UKBA can you please help me with that what are the questions and if you have attended the interview please share your experience and questions .

I do my advertising by my own as I am into marketing business so what are the evidence required to submit for business advertising or online advertising ? do we have to provide last 6 months of advertising or 12 months?

I have rad the guidance where it says hiring for 2 employers but can i hire someone from another city as online part time marketer?

Please reply in detail and Zimba and other senior members if you can shed the lights on this please

Many Thanks in advance

UKBA abolished in 2013.

Plenty of questions if you search in forum.

Are you applying for initial application or trying to extend ??
Can you please tell me which business insurance are required for Marketing agency which involves IT work as well.
You are required by the law to have Employee Liability Insurance if you are an employer. You can arrange for other insurances which are NOT compulsory to have and based on the service you provide (public liability, indemnity, etc) Google will help you better.
However you do NOT need to prove you have any insurance with your application.
Also, I see many have done their interviews with UKBA can you please help me with that what are the questions and if you have attended the interview please share your experience and questions .
There is no such a thing as UKBA since 2013, it is Home Office.
Interview questions have been discussed extensively on several threads of the forum.

This is only relevant if you are switching from Tier 1 General or PSW. Read the guide page 39
I have rad the guidance where it says hiring for 2 employers but can i hire someone from another city as online part time marketer?
You need to create two positions for at least 12 months in your company(not necessarily two employees!!)
You can hire employees to work remotely if you wish.

MY application is for extension not initial application.

And My turnover is under 20 to 25k but Is it very compulsory to have every time a profit ? its a business so it cant be all the time profit , i have heard Home office is asking to people about why it is not in profit and why it is in loss and also send all the invoices of clients which is very confidential and not a requirement in guideline and also some are saying that in interview they are asking all bank statements of 3 years which is too much and very annoying .

As usual on the forum, you have no interest in reading the guide. Such requirements do not exist. Many have received their visas without an interview or being in profit. Interview is there to evaluate if you are a genuine entrepreneur or not.
