Tier 2 ICT Long term cooling off

Hi Gurus,
Please excuse me if I am posting this query in the wrong forum and move it accordingly.

My query is that I traveled on a Tier 2 ICT - Short term visa in June 2015 and returned back after the assignment on June 4th 2016. I want to go back again in March 2017 but with the Tier 2 ICT - Long term .
Do I still have to complete 12 months of cooling off period?
