Spouse for UK Citizen

Hi Guys,

I am applying for spouse visa for my wife. I have 2 questions

1, what should be the answer for below question on Visa4UK, as she will come to stay permanently with me.
"how long do you intend to stay"
2, We recently got married in July end, so she has not yet changed her family name and still has the name before marriage. will that be an issue?
