EEA PR Biometric details

Hi,

I am EEA person (Croatia) and my wife is non EEA person.
We are applying for the permanent residency and not sure how to fill biometric section.
I had until 01/2014 biometric card and same with my wife. But the recent document I have is
Blue Card in the form of separate paper document with sticker in it.
My wife has similar sticker in her passport.

Question 3 states:
"Note: if you/they were last issued with a residence card under the EEA Regulations in the form a vignette or sticker in your/their passport, travel document, or other document (such as an ‘immigration status document’), answer ‘no’ to the above question."

So it seams we should answer no to this question, but the topic is:
"Current or previous residence card" and we do have with us previous biometric residency card I could use to fill information?
