Is ITR/Form16 mandatory for Tier 2 General Application?

Hi Guys,

Quick question.

I am applying for Tier 2 General Visa. I have all mandatory documents sorted out like CoS, Offer Letter, IELTS, Maintenance Certificate, TB certificate etc.

However, I am confused about ITR/Form 16. As far as I know we dont need to submit ITR/Form 16s. Do we have to submit ITR/Form16 for the last 3 years? is it mandatory? Also do we also need to submit last employment proofs like experience/reliving letter from past employers? I mean i have 12 years of experience and I have changed few jobs during that time. Is it mandatory to submit experience/reliving letter from past employers?
