EEA QP Application after/with EEA FM application

Hello friends,
I need your advise about my application please? I've sent my EEA FM application for RC in August 2016. I have submitted Biometric on 4 Sep 2016. I have done mistake to not send EEA QP (Registration Certificate) application for my wife.
Can i send another QP form for my wife registration certificate in additional document while my EEA FM application is already pending in HO?

(Note: I have sent my wife 2 payslips with my EEA fm application. I will send the rest payslips in additional document as well. )
