spouse visa

Post by Annonymous86 » Sat Oct 01, 2016 11:17 pm

Hi,

I hope i am allowed to hack a thread because I didn't know how to create a new one,I'm new here please pardon me.

My question is that I will be applying for flr m second extention and i was wondering if my husband's income which was initially ,as my sole sponsor, declared 20400 in first flr m application. Then it has droped to 13000 in year two and just before end of second year that is year two of my initial extension it has gone back to 18600. Will this impact the judgement of home office.??

You need to show that you have annual income of £18,600 pro rata in the 6 month period prior to submitting the FLR(M) application. i.e £9,300 during the last 6 months. Earnings can be joint.

Has your husband changed employers?

I HAVE ONE more question, due to domestic violence, i tried to commit suicide and got it regostered at the gp. Now i have moved back with my in laws and things are fine, will this have any impact on my flr (m) second extension?

If you are a Victim of domestic violence, with evidence, then you may apply for SET(DV) under DVILR.
