Help very urgent RTW while application with UKBA

i believe i will get my answer . i need to find out that if the ECS REPORT COMES UP NEGITIVE can we challenge the home office ! oh whats the process . i been recently suspended cause of the negitive report from home office.!!

There is no UKBA. They were disbanded in March 2013 due to being unfit for purpose.

In order for anyone to help, you will have to give more information on your current situation.

What category of visa do you currently hold?
(Casa, not CR001)
