CCJ and Indefinite Leave to Remain

Hi Everyone,

Please help me about one issue.

I have only one CCJ (for £10800 personal loan) active until 2022.
And, I am going to submit application for ILR next month on Long Residence basis.

CCJ issued from Chelmsford court, after I contacted them. They told me, my case is forwarded to ME3Limited solicitors. I contacted ME3 to sort out my case.

After that, I agreed to pay £100 every month to ME3 Limited. Also ME3 Solicitors sent me a letter as a proof that I agreed to pay back £100 every month by Direct Debit. On the Top of the Letter it says "WITHOUT PREJUDICE". Until, I pay all that £11000, CCJ will be active on my credit file until 2022.

I am submitting "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" letter(from ME£ Solicitors) with ILR application.
As, proof of repayment £100 every month by Direct Debit.

So, Is this ok to submit or Is still a problem ????

Please anyone help me.
