Switching from Tire 4 (Student) to Tire 2 (General)

I am a PhD student in final year holding a Tire 4 (Student) UK Visa. I have got my post graduation degree for Reputed UK Universities .
I have been offered a job of (Quality control Engineer) NFQ 6 level with salary of £25,000 and am 31 years Old. What are the requirements for applying the Tire 2 (General) Visa?

Concerning above situation in mind, I need to clarify on below questions if kindly help.

What salary band "New Entrant or Experiences" should be given ?


Considering my previous visa category this would be my first employment.
