Director's Loan agreement

Post by robbie47 » Mon Oct 03, 2016 10:59 pm

Dear All,

Firstly apologies for posting a post for DL. Despite of the fact that there are so many threads which talks about it.

May I please ask the senior members and people who have got their visa's approved to post their DL's agreements here.

I have seen some people had problems because of it. This thread will help me and other people with a clear and concise answer of

" How the agreement should look like? What should be its exact wordings? "

Should I take a photocopy of the agreement once its signed and then highlight the key words " third party... subordinated... unsecured ...etc. "

thanks.

Robbie

It is very clear from the guide what a loan agreement should cover and say. If you want proper advice you need to contact a business solicitor. As you said, there are many samples on the forum which you can search for, however every business is different and the loan agreement might need to be prepared differently for each business. Please consult a BUSINESS solicitor for more legal advice
