Application for dependent visa

Hi,

Im on Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa & got extended my visa last year in the month of October. I got engaged in last december & got married in July. Now i need to apply her visa to bring her here.

Can u please help me as its little confusing on visa4uk.fco.gov.uk. I created my account there and now applying for someone else. I filled her details in main applicant details and its asking me to select visa type which i think is confusing.

There are three sections in selecting visa type.
1. "Reason for visit" in which there are few options. visit, study, work, settlement, transit, other & exempt.
2. Visa Type &
3. Visa Sub type.

Please help me in selecting reason for visit section & then visa type & then visa sub type.

3. Visa Sub type. : Tier1 Grad Entrepreneur PARTNER (Don't get confused here ,Partner doesn't mean as a Entrepreneur Team partner,it means Spouse here) .If the option in the Drag down is given as Spouse , select Spouse , if not it is "Tier1 Grad Entrepreneur PARTNER" Only

Do my wife need to provide a CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE & TB REPORT
Do she need to pass english eligibility test or it's okay as she is a graduate from english medium
List of documents to be submitted.
