Hi guys,

I was filling the SAR form (I need to find out when I have acquired PR) and it is written that I need to enclose a copy of a document or photo and that has to be certified.

Can I just pop in my local bank and ask someone to do so?

Also I read it might take more than 4 months sometimes to get an answer,

If I decide to expedite the procedure by going through NCS and asking them to call HO/confirm the actual PR date, is that something they can do or they can refuse?
