Hi, one of my frnd application has been refused on EEA family base, he has a daughter on about 1 year from his EU partner. His solicitor sent letter 2-3 times to HO for work permisson, but no reply yet,
if any one gives me phone no, emails of HO to contact about work permission , i will be thankful
