New Born travel requirement to india

Hi All,

This site helped me alot, but i need to ask few questions regarding new born son travelling to india.

- Both parents are on Tier 2 ICT visa for short term.
- We had baby here in UK
- Baby Birth certificate is done in HCIL.

Questions:

- I need to travel with baby and mother to india, And we are not coming back , so do baby need Visa?
- Baby need passport for travelling back to india?
- How much time it takes for getting indian passport ?

- Usually passport issued in 3-7 working days.
- UK visa required for child for re-entry to U.K. if plans to come back otherwise not required.
