Parents Visa Refused three times

My parents have been refused UK family visitors visa three time since last 4 years. Most recent once is in July 2016. Three times it happened because of insufficient documentation only.
Do you think it will be useful for me to go through the Solicitors based in UK or in India?
Can you please advise me any best UK Solicitors who can deal with my case?

Thanks noajthan for your reply. As I am keep doing or they finding some gaps, I want to make sure everything is correct this time. Do you think solicitor can help in unsarl my issue?

Depends on reason for refusal.
Any previous deception or misrepresentation?
Or simply lack of proof of ties to return home to?

Noajthan's question is significant. If there has been previous deception or misrep, then you'd need to clear that first before proceeding with normal application. I reckon that's best done thru an appeal and probably represented by a solicitor, if you like. This still does guarantee anything. Re proof of ties, it is probably easier to present documents to that effect.

1st Refusal - Money deposited before going to visa (My father did that without aware of immigration rules)
2nd Refusal - UK Letting agreement says visitor can only stay for 3 weeks. It was generic agreement given by letting agents and they are happy for our parents to stay with us.
3rd Refusal - no enough evidence showed for mentioned agricultural income

We have answers for all three refusals. But i am looking for proper advise to make new application. Any help/advise will be appreciated.
