Naturalization Self employment

Hi

Can someone please advise if i need to mention my self employment while filling in the last 10 years employment history although i have been working an paying Tax . I done this on two occasions for only 4 month each -in 2009/10 and then on 2012/13. Also do we need send my current Pakistani passport with the application or ILR card would be enough

You should declare all employment as the HO will cross-check with HMRC that all tax due has been paid.

You are required to submit all uncancelled passports, but if you apply through the NCS your documents (including passports) will be copied and the originals returned to you on the day. The NCS staff will also check that your application is complete.
