The Home Office statement gave the intention to introduce the A2 level test for the second FLR(M) extension no earlier than October 16.

The FLR(M) application form hasn't been updated since April 16 and it appears that as yet no date for implementation for the A2 test has been published.

Thank you very much for quick response Casa.
I have some more confusion it will be very kind if someone help me to guide the right direction.
1) I am leaving in 2 bed room house (it has 2 reception rooms as well) with my husband and 3 children, but I need to apply for myself and 2 children. Does it full fill the accommodation requirement ?
2) It is kind of family renting therefore there is no tendency agreement. From the help of this forum (this forum is full of the wealth of knowledge thanks ) I come to know I do need tendency agreement. Could you please guide me that a simple one or two page agreement is OK?

If the property belongs to family you don't need a formal tenancy agreement, but you will need to submit evidence of their ownership (copy of mortgage agreement or property deeds). Also a letter from the owner to confirm you and your family can live in the accommodation.

It's not essential as long as you submit what I've suggested.
