Hi

My visa was issued in 11 November 2011 and my dependents visas on 23 rd November 2011.

I came to UK on 1st December 2011, just a month after visa issued.So I would be eligible for ILR this month, October 2016. However my dependents did not come to UK until October 2012.

The question is will they also be able to apply for ILR along with based on their 2 year probation period.

will 9 th Julu 2012 changes affect them so that they have to wait 5 years?

they fall under old rules and will be eligible to apply with u
