I have work contract , 2 pay sips , Library cards for my family, Marriage certificate, wedding photos, My son British birth Certificate, Tenancy Agreement on both names,

4 or 8 weeks in France is way too short.

Stay in France for 6 or 9 months or a year.
And make sure centre of life has been moved completely; (learning French, child in school, UK house sold off or at least rented off).

Dear,

thanks noajthan for your reply,

But I found here in forum that some have success in two months, Actually I am worried about Article 50, Because end of this Year article 50 will be invoke and May be the rules and laws will change. How's the UKBA at Calais border they are strict ?

Do you have examples of someone completing SS in 2 months? That is less than even the EU bare minimum (a minimum that HO does not entertain).

There is no UKBA. UKBA was abolished in 2013. Your information seems out of date.

You can check the media for situation in Calais.

Even if UK triggers Article 50 it takes 2 years. EU law cannot change until UK leaves EU. In 2 years minimum.
