Application to settle with husband

Hello experts.

I am applying spouse visa to move with my husband in UK. He is British citizen and working as contractor for last 5 year. Please can you check if all below documents makes a complete list.

One more question since my husband works as contractor through limited company, should we select as employed( as takes salary each month) or self employed(but we are not registered in HMRC as self employed)
