EU 1 enquiry

Post by GiannaG » Thu Oct 06, 2016 3:03 pm

I am an EU citizen living in South Africa and married to a South African. We are relocating to Ireland. I would like to know what documentation is required in order for my spouse to apply and what documents other than a passport will be required upon arrival in Ireland.

Thank you

From my best knowledge If you are EU national you need bring marriage cert on arrival..apart from the passport

To apply for your wife you need a have a job thats pretty much it..

This form says it all what documentation you need:

http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/inis/form%20e ... %20eu1.pdf

Hope it helps
