My Son received his biometric enrolment letter on 27-09-16 & went to post office for enrolment on 29-09-16. However, post office scanning machine could not scan the barcode from the letter as it is not legible. Barcode is unclear & cannot be scanned.
I had send several mails to nationalitybiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk for another letter with a clear barcode, however did not receive any reply so far.
Any suggestion how to proceed now.
