Did the Entry Clearance Officer give reasons as to why s/he was not satisfied that you are a genuine student?245ZV wrote:(k) The Entry Clearance Officer must be satisfied that the applicant is a genuine student.
That's an odd thing to include under credibility, given that you have the 40 points for the CAS.pingme wrote:Firstly, Why I didn't submitted any qualification regarding my previous study.
I just only submitted those qualifications that I used for getting my CAS.
That seems a reasonable answer, but they appear to have not accepted it.pingme wrote:Secondly, Why I did not complete one of my previous course in 2011
I could not complete this course because it was wrong course for me as I realised after enrolling but I tried to complete this unfortunately I could not. It was only 9 months programme.

Before requesting an AR speak to your Tier 4 sponsor on Monday to check if there is still time to request the AR, get it processed, travel to the UK and enrol.pingme wrote:If the decision will not overturned after reviewing AR what should be next step?
Probably none.pingme wrote:But if AR will not be overturned what should be the remedy for this refusal?
No, but 10 October is tomorrow, so unless they will extend the deadline you could not use the visa anyway.pingme wrote:If my AR is successful, does my tier 4 sponsor need to provide another CAS to support me for late entry as it is used already and my latest acceptance date is 10 October.
Have you checked with your Tier 4 sponsor whether you can still join the course, given that the enrolment deadline was already over a week ago? It seems likely that you will need to defer your studies until the next enrolment, which might be a year from now. Assuming this is so, there is therefore no immediate deadline for the AR, but definitely still worth doing it.pingme wrote:I already applied for AR and UKVI confirmed they received on 7 OCTOBER. I didn't receive any outcome yet. What should I do at the moment.
I advise you discuss your plans with your Tier 4 sponsor. They are best placed to advise because they will need to be satisfied that your new application is not likely to be refused before they issue a new CAS.pingme wrote:But the question is how can I resolve this matter in my next attempt while they overlooked everything. What will be the remedy to save myself from refusing.

Could you please advice me what are the things I should take into my accountability for successful approach.

Can u tell uspingme wrote:Hello
My Tier 4 visa for entry clearance is refused according to paragraph 245ZV(k). I achieved necessary 40 points.
Please advise me the necessary steps at this stages.
Thanks
Mate 245ZV(k) would have given you a reason . They can only refuse you on that if you have 40 points that is why I am asking you what did it stated and the details as I am a returning student and waiting from 2 months. Would appreciate if you could tell the detail. Would help many returning students to clear our thoughts. No harm in that bro.pingme wrote: ↑Fri Aug 25, 2017 9:59 pmI am preparing for submitting another application for this year while I have been refused last year. (Refusal reason on the top)
May I request to advice me (from senior and sah10406) what are the things I should take into my accountability for successful approach.
Kind Regards
Mate 245ZV(k) would have given you a reason.
