SPOUSE VISA EXTENSION. WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED???

Post by Preciousstone2009 » Sun Oct 09, 2016 5:56 pm

Hi Everyone,
I'm a British citizen and my husband's spouse visa expires in 5 weeks time *panic mode*
We both work full time and he meets the 18600£ financial requirement on his own.
What documents do we need to submit with this EXTENSION application???
What documents do we need to prove our relationship/marriage. We have obviously been living together since he arrived in the UK in March 2014. Do we need to submit photos again????
PLEASE HELP....list ANY/ALL documents you think we need. Thank you so much guys.

Have you read through the FLR(M) form?

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04-16.pdf

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _11-15.pdf

Documents include the most recent 6 months payslips + 6 months corresponding bank statements.

Proof of co-habitation - 6 pieces of correspondence/bills etc in joint names from at least 3 different sources, spread as evenly as possible over the 2,4 year period. If you don't have 6 in joint names, you'll need to submit 12 in single names.

Photos aren't required.

A1 level English (although this is due to be raised to A2 level - date to be announced).

NHS surcharge of £500 needs to be paid online before submitting the application.

See form FLR(M) for all documents required.
