partner deported

Post by cchawk12 » Sun Oct 09, 2016 6:59 pm

first of all sorry if this is the wrong place to post. new to this site

me: british uk citizen
him: Kurdish (born in iran)
we have been together for 2 years.

he had been living in Italy before illegaly coming the uk to claim asylum
when he arrived here in the uk he was taken to immigration centre then released with conditions.
I met him after he'd already been in the uk for a year.
he attended the police station regularly where he had to sign a form so home office could keep track of where he was (correct me if I'm wrong)
after being released for over a year he was then taken to another centre, held there for 7 months before being deported to Italy last month.
he gets deported to Italy as this is where his finger prints are

just wondered if there are any visas etc he could apply for or anyone I could get in touch with to bring him back here?? we obviously wanted to get married and start a family, but would be much easier here as we have my family and friends. he doesn't have any family that hes in touch with (parents dead, only child)
if worse comes to worse I would of course move to Italy but just curious.
not sure how to go about this, very frustrating as I don't know the slightest about immigration etc.
haven't seen him for 6 months but I am going to Italy to visit him next month :D

any replies appreciated I may have got some things not 100% correct as I'm not the smartest about this kind of thing.

Welcome.

Stop posting all over the place.

And why are you using 2 user ids? that is a breach of Board T&Cs.
