Please help me with your fine knowledge.
I am living in UK and got ILR last year. Recently I made application to HO basis of Naturalisation which the result yet to come. My girlfriend lives in Spain under student visa but she is Indian National. We both are under family problems. But still we love to be united cause we love each other since 2012.
We would like to be together as soon as possible due to our circumstances.Could you please tell me how to start the procedure to bring her here.Our immigration status is,
My Girlfriend: came in UK 2011, did MBA from Wales University in 2012. She was in UK until October,2013 due to family reason she left UK , Oct 2013.I met her 2012 and since than we are in relation.She came in Spain June 2016 just to be with me. But she is going to expire her visa in may 2017.
Myself:I got ILR in 2015. Applied Naturalisation in recently,did biometric but have not heard anything from them.I work in a organization which cover the need of earning requirements even though I got paid hourly basis.
Could anyone please guide us to make successful application. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
