Who has been able to complete it and how does it differ from the paper application?

How have you attached your documents, etc?

It appears to be a slightly simplified version of the EEA(PR) form, except you HAVE to answer all of the questions, even the ones which you are not required to answer under EU law.

At the end I believe you print the application and send your documents in by post.
