employee middle name missing need advise

employee middle name missing need advise

hi guys, i just seen one of my employee middle name is missing on all documents like wage slip, RTI, P45, P60, Plz help to sort out this

I don't think it should be an issue. I have a middle name in my passport but I don't have it in my UK degree certificates (undergraduate as well as master's). I have never been questioned as to why I don't have a middle name in some of my documents and I have used these documents to successfully obtain as well as extend my visa in the past.

In fact, all my company documents only have my first name and last name. All my annual accounts have only my first name and last name, and I have successfully extended my tier 1 entrepreneur visa too.
